8am- Adult 3km OCR social session
9am - Kids 1 mile OCR social session

QLD NINJA Qualifier-
10am - Rego Elite+under15s-13-11-9-7
10.10 - Course 1 Walk through
10.20 - 1st run in order as above

11.00 - Course 2 Walk through
11.10 - 2nd run starts last place to 1st
12 - Presentations

RULES
Rd 1 heats is ninja vs ninja furthest fastest
Rd 2 finals is follow the leader

Aim for a 4min time cap run every 2min Athlete diys video plus time next athlete

The top 3 in age grp & sex will earn the right to represent Qld & run in the next Australia Ninja Games.

Prizes/medal for the top 3 in 6 age grps

Refund policy

No refunds given unless event is cancelled. If event date and/or venue is changed or the event is postponed, your registration will be transferred to the new date/venue. If you are unable to attend the new date/venue, a refund of 50% of the entry fee less admin and banking fees applies. Refund requests must be made at least 2wks prior to event date
