EVENT REGISTRATION
Registration is open! Anyone who has qualified for the World Finals for FINA, UNAA, or WNAG, qualifed for other National Finals or are qualified by a national member federation of World Obstacle (FISO) are welcome to register. International athletes with no national federation should contact [email protected] for approval.
Please note: Due to space and time constraints at the Orange County Convention Center, there are participant number limits for each age group. Register early to secure a spot!
Registration will close on July 19, 2023. Registrations will appear as pending until the required documents have been submitted and qualifications have been confirmed. If you have not qualified, but did register, please submit a request for a refund by email to [email protected].

For the event to run smoothly, we will need volunteers. Please check out the open volunteer roles here.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Once registered, all athletes are required to fill out an Event Medical History form. The google form link will be available after registration but please review the PDF version to ensure you are comfortable and able to submit the form.
All athletes will also be required to provide their NinjaWorks ID after registration. If you need to create a NinjaWorks ID or need to look up your 6 digit ID, please visit https://timing.NinjaWorks.com/accounts/login
EVENT FORMAT
The Ninja World Cup USA will be a 2-lane, 100m course with 10 obstacles provided by The ATS Team, an LA based set shop and production company, best known as the designer and builder of obstacles and courses for the Ninja Warrior television show franchise worldwide. Each athelete will be guaranteed 1 run of the 100m course with a top 16 semifinal and the top 4 athletes competing in the finals event. Medals will be given for the top 3 athletes in each age group.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday: Competition day and medal ceremony for 13U (AM) and Adult (PM) athletes
Friday: Competition day and medal ceremony for 7U (AM) and 9U (PM) athletes
Saturday: Competition day and medal ceremony for Master and Elite athletes
Sunday: Competition day and medal ceremony for 11U (AM) athletes and Closing ceremony
Please note: Organizers have planned the pre-lim and final run timings for each age group to not conflict with the other Ninja Finals occuring at the Convention Center. Any concerns can be emailed to [email protected].
VENUE
Orange County Convention Center is in the heart of the Orlando Convention Center District with world-class dining, shopping and entertainment close to the convention center including, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, Pointe Orlando, and ICON Park.
TRAVEL
Orange County Convention Center is minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy walking and driving distance of world-class dining, shopping and entertainment options.
ACCOMMODATION
The Orange County Convention Center is surrounded by hotels, four of them connecting directly to the convention center.
ELIGIBILITY TO COMPETE
All athletes who qualified for UNAA, FINA or WNAG World Finals and National Teams qualified by a national member federation of FISO are eligible to compete. Priority is given to international athletes, those competing for a country other than the United States. Check the UNAA qualification list on the UNAA website and FINA website.
COMPETITION RULES

AWARDS
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals are awarded for top three finishers in each category.
CATEGORIES
Competitive race categories are Youth (7U, 9U, 11U, 13U), Adult (14-39), Masters (40+), and Elite. For 2023 Ninja World Cup USA only, age for all categories is your age on January 1, 2023. All future events will follow the international standard here.
ATHLETE & ENTOURAGE CONDUCT
National Federation members and recognized events of World Obstacle are required to promote the character development of athletes, to enhance the integrity of obstacle sports, to promote sportsmanship and civility in society. Coaches, trainers, officials, officers and all those associated with their programs and events should adhere to the fundamental values of respect, fairness, civility, honesty and responsibility. The Entourage must respect and promote ethical principles, including those contained in the World Obstacle Codes of Ethics and the WADA Code. ANTI-DOPING
FISO has adopted the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Code and World Obstacle Anti-Doping Rules are implemented to advance FISO’s continuing efforts to prevent doping in the sport. All athletes competing in FISO World level events are required to complete the WADA Anti-Doping e-Learning (ADeL) talented athlete education programme and provide the certificate of completion prior to competing. For those competing in the 2023 USA Ninja World Cup, this is an optional certification. ADeL is proved free of charge. Register and complete the programme on the WADA ADeL website, then download your completion certificate and upload during race registration, or show at packet-pick up with your photo ID. Instructions for creating an account:
- Register on the ADeL platform (green button, top right)
- In the Language field select your preferred language (you will enter your native language later)
- In the Role, field select “Athletes”
- In the Sport field select “Obstacle Sports”
- In the Level in sport (Athlete) field select “International-level athlete (competing internationally – Major Games)

SAFESPORT
For 2023 USA World Cup, it is highly recommended that all coaches, trainers, officials and people in frequent contact with youth and junior athletes hold a current U.S. Safe Sport Certification and comply with the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act. The certification can be found here.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be granted for those that register but do not meet the qualification requirements. Any other requests will be reviewed by the Committee. Any refunds granted will not include the processing fee for the MNM site. Please email all refund requests to [email protected].
